Sadie has been interested in karate for a long time. She and I have been kicking the bags for a while, but just recently the boys started to be 'willing' to practice too. So, today I gathered the three of them in the basement and we had our first official workout together. I hope they like it and get as obsessed with it as I am.

Three Litte Ninjas
Sadie has been interested in karate for a long time. She and I have been kicking the bags for a while, but just recently the boys started to be 'willing' to practice too.
