Colby had a birthday today. We got up early to open presents before school. He lots some good loot, and just as nice...no homework at school. It was nearly a perfect day. He picked our menu for dinner. Pizza, Doritos, Kool-aid with Sprite in it, and brownies with icing. We can't believe he is 8 years old, he is growing up so fast.

We hope Colby had a good day. We called and talked to him for a second last night....Kaden was yelling "happy birthday colby!". Its crazy that he's 8.
I heard once that parents are given a 8 year head start on Satan. Before he can start tempting them. I am not sure if I believe that. It seems like Colby has been tempted for a long time. I have a video of him when he was 3-4 telling me that he doesn't want to go to church because it is boring.
