When you touch the temple, the temple touches you.

We went to the Oqurrih (I swear that is not a real word) temple open house. It was great to show the kids and watch them see things in the temple. Sadie decided she wants to be married in this temple.
The temple is amazing inside. Tanner got to go later that night with the young men's of the ward. Two trips on the same day. No wonder he is so good.

Lagoon? Really?

We decided to get summer passes to Lagoon.  We haven't been for years (Sadie has never been) but we thought that although it is expensive, it will be fun if we only go for a couple of hours a time.  We are especially excited about the water park area.  Hopefully once a week won't get old.
Colby and I having a relaxing ride and talk.
The kids were pretty fearless and went on nearly everything we wanted to.  Kerry is really the daredevil of our family.  No one can keep up with her.  She wants to ride everything.  My stomach can't take it.  Sadie was so brave although she screamed through half the rides "I hate this ride!"
The duck family was there too.
The ladies go soaked.

School's out for summer!

Poor Kerry has to entertain these kids all summer.  Lagoon season passports will help.  She also started by taking them hiking yesterday.  Kerry is the best.

Some random pictures

Guitar Hero!  Tanner recently played in a school arts festival.  He was great.  Learning the guitar on the playstation has payed off.  I am sure it is the same.
In the same school thing, Colby played the bell-things.
Yes, we still have the dog.  We have good days and bad days.  Mostly good thanks to the TV show 'The Dog Whisperer'.  I love that show and have learned so much.
Kerry and her mom went to Womans Conference at BYU.
It was more fun with Kaziah and Kim.

Too Many Princesses

Sadie had a birthday this week.  Her 7th.  So, we had some of her classmates over for a little party.
They made bracelets...
Painted nails....
And broke a Pinata (of course).
Those little princess can be crazy when there is candy on the line.
The center of it all.  Why can't everyday be Sadie's birthday?

Thanksgiving Point

With Grandma Kathy in town, Kerry and I decided to celebrate our anniversary a little early. We went and stayed at Thanksgiving Point and walked around the Tulip Festival. (Tulips are Kerry's favorite flower.) We had a great couple of days.

IT IS YOUR BIRTHDAY.

I can't believe our little boy is 10 years old. He was bummed that his birthday was on Sunday, but he had ended up having a fun day. He got some great presents and some gift cards. We are very proud of him, he is such a good boy.
